WellDog is a fast growing energy services company, with offices in Laramie, Wyoming. We’re recruiting for a Finance & Administration Coordinator and seeking a highly organized and motivated individual.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience across all aspects of end-to-end accounts payable and account receivable and cash flow management and reporting. Ad hoc Administration and Facilities management will also be required for the Laramie office. Your attention to detail while multi-tasking in a busy environment will be highly regarded. Superior communication skills both written and verbal, excellent time management and organisation skills will set you apart from the rest.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will work in a small team while liaising with the Business unit managers. Core duties/skills required to be successful in this role are;

  • Accounts receivable; customer invoices, payment receipts
  • Accounts payable; purchase orders, vendor invoices/payments, vendor management
  • Cashflow; daily cashflow management, cashflow forecasting
  • Payroll; bi-monthly payroll processing, general HR
  • Assist with month-end as required
  • Administration of Laramie office

To be successful in this role you must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role and an intermediate skill level in excel. Previous experience with QuickBooks or a similar system will be highly regarded.
