WellDog Opens Denver Commercial Office to Support US Unconventional Oil and Gas Producers

WellDog announced today that in response to continued growth in its US businesses it has opened a new commercial office in downtown Denver. The office will provide technical, field operations and administrative support to unconventional oil and gas operators working in the Rocky Mountain area.

The office opening was marked by a reception attended by Denver’s Office of Economic Development Deputy Director John Lucero, Australia’s Honorary Consul Mark O’Regan, and local clients, partners and staff, as well as WellDog’s executive team and board of directors.

“Our mission is to use technical and business innovation to help oil, gas and mining operators increase their environmental and economic sustainability so that we can produce needed resources and increase quality of life with minimal impacts,” said John M. Pope, Ph.D., president and CEO of WellDog, at the opening.  “We have been successful in Australia in doing so, and this office opening represents our initial success in this work for US producers.”

“WellDog is committed to helping customers improve cost savings, productivity and sustainability by supplying services and technology that allows customers to access key data crucial to making informed decisions,” said Pope.  “As the price of oil has decreased and unconventional completions have become more complex, our technologies and services are becoming even more relevant.”

“WellDog products and services are just now being marketed to the North American market, but WellDog is already providing substantial savings for our customers, allowing them to access key data and improve their operational efficiency,” Pope said.

In addition to Denver, WellDog has commercial and technology centers in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, Toowoomba, Queensland, AU and Laramie, WY.
